Chain conforms to mouth and is much less severe than it seems. Horses that do not like other mouthpieces will accept this one much better. Excellent for young colts or older horses with mouth problems. Limited control, so this is best for well-trained horses.

Stage A bits are great for starting horses, training, or maintaining steady contact. Aspects include direct reining, non-leverage loose rings and dee rings with mouthpiece diameters 5/16” and over.
